Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all offerings provided by Waterbit Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our websites, apps, games, forums, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please review these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Definitions

Application: The software program provided by the Company, downloaded on any electronic device, named Boost Cleaner.
Application Store: The digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc.
Affiliate: An entity under common ownership or control with a party.
Company: (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Waterbit Limited.
Device: Any electronic device capable of accessing the Service.
Free Trial refers to a limited time period that may be offered at no cost when subscribing to a service.
In-app Purchase refers to the purchase of products, services, or subscriptions made through the Application, subject to these Terms and the Application Store’s policies.
Subscriptions refer to the services or access provided by the Company on a recurring payment basis.
Service: Refers to the Application.
Terms: These Terms of Use form the entire agreement between You and the Company.
Third-party Service: Any content, data, or features provided by a third party that may be accessible via the Service.
You: The individual or entity using the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.

User Account & Security

1. Registration

Some features of the Services may require an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
Keep your login credentials secure;
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions

1、Subscription Duration

Some functions of the Service are available only with an active paid Subscription. Subscriptions are charged upfront on a recurring schedule (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) depending on the plan selected at purchase. Unless canceled by You or the Company, the Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms once the current period ends.

2、Cancellation of Subscription

You may stop your Subscription renewal at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us. Payments already made for the ongoing billing cycle are non-refundable, but You will retain access to the Service until the period concludes. If the Subscription was obtained via an In-app Purchase, cancellation must be managed directly through the relevant Application Store.

3、Payment and Billing

If an automatic payment cannot be processed, we may issue an invoice requiring manual settlement within a given timeframe. For In-app Purchases, billing and payment handling are controlled entirely by the Application Store under its own terms.

4、Price Adjustments
We may revise Subscription fees from time to time. Any new rates will apply starting from the next billing cycle, and You will receive advance notice. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

5、Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests may be assessed individually at our discretion. For purchases made via an Application Store, refund eligibility and processing are subject to that store’s policies, and You should contact them directly.

6、Trial Period

We may provide a Free Trial for a limited duration. In some cases, billing details may be required at sign-up, though no charges will be made until the Free Trial ends. At the end of the trial, unless canceled, the selected Subscription plan will automatically begin and the relevant fee will be charged. We may alter or discontinue Free Trial offers at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks—is owned or licensed by Waterbit Limited and protected by applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content;
Reverse-engineer or extract source code;
Use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use cheats, automation tools, bots, or any unauthorized software;
Harass, threaten, or harm others;
Upload or share defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringing content;
Violate applicable laws or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.

Changes to the Services

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability. We will notify users appropriately if material changes are made to these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waterbit Limited is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;
Unauthorized access to your account or data.

2. Binding Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules, in English. You waive any right to jury trial or class-action proceedings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. In case of conflict with mandatory local law, such local law will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. The remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent.
